Nevada, Twenty Mile Beach Camping, at Walker Lake Recreation Area

Directions:

From Fallon take Highway-95 Southbound for approximately 75 miles.  The parks entrance will be on the left side along the lake.

Twenty Mile Beach Camping, at the Walker Lake Recreation Area.  This camping area is dispursed camping in the Walker Lake Recreation Area.  Most camping is along the road where the vault toilets are located.  Camping near the lake is possible however, Campbase recommends only 4 wheel drive vehicles go off the main road.  Conditions off-road are sandy and rocky.  The best parking locations are around or near the vault toilets although its a long ways from the water.   The park is open all year.  Pets are allowed.
