Description

Tioga Campground is located in the Inyo National Forest near Tioga Lake.

Directions:

From the intersection of US 395 and CA 120 near Lee Vinng.  Go west on highway 120 also called Tioga Highway.  After approximately 15 miles, the campground will be on the left at Tioga Lake.

Tioga Campground is located at 9700 feeat on Tioga Lake a short distance from the Tuolumne entrance to Yosemite National Park.  The campground is designed for smaller RV's and trailers.  This is a dry campground, there are no hookups.  There are 13 RV and tent camp sites available.  The campground is seasonal and is open primarily during the summer months.  Opening and closing dates can vary depending on snow accumulation.  The campground is in Bear Country so, store food properly and don't feed the bears.

The closest fuel and market is at Tuolumne Meadows however, the market and fuel station are seasonal and only open during the summer months.  Fuel and a market are also available in Lee Vining.
