Directions:

From highway 395 and the June Lake Junction, take the June Lake Loop to the West.  In approximately two miles you will pass through the small town of June Lake.   Continue West for three to four miles and the campground entrance will be on the right side.

Silver Lake Campground    This is a seasional campground being open from April through October.  First a few notes:  The campground does have bears and there is also a plague warning for rodents with flees.  All campgrounds in the area will have the same warnings.  So come properly prepaired.  

Silver Lake Campground is the perfect spot to spend a week or just a few summer days relaxing.  In addition to beautiful views there is a high Sierra lake thats perfect for fishing.  Many camp spots are shaded and some have a lake view.  There is a small boat ranp adjacent to the campground.  Campbase recommends boats under 20 feet long.  The campground has restrooms with showers and flush toilets.  The campground also has paved campground roads and parking pads.  Campbase recommends RV's no larger than 35 feet even though some spots are larger.  Tenting sites are also available.  

Nearby, in the small town of June Lake you will find restaurants, markets, shops, Pizza, and a Brewing Company.  Fuel is located on the corner of June Lake Junction and Highway-395.
