California, Saddlebag Lake Campground 

Direction:

From US 395 at Lee Vining, go west on CA 120.  After you pass Ellery Lake on the left side of the highway, look to the right for Saddlebag Lake Road.  Take a right onto Saddlebag Lake Road.  Continue for several miles until you see Saddlebag Lake.  The campground is at the lake.

Saddlebag Lake Campground has an elevation of10,000 feet.  There are 20 campsites and 1 large group site at Saddlebag Lake near the Hoover Wilderness.  The campground has direct lake access.  This is Bear Country. Please store food properly and don't feed the bears. Small RV's or short trailers only, no RV hook ups. Reservations are only available for the large group site.
