Description

California, Red Rock Canyon State Park.  The park is located 120 miles north of Los Angeles on Interstate-14.  The park has easy big rig access from Highway-14.  Campbase estimates that RV's up to approximately 35 feet can be accommodated. 

Directions:

On Highway 14 near the town of Cantil, take Abbott Drive and go North to the information/visitors center.  Road signes are clearly marked.  The campground is near the information center.

Red Rock Canyon State Park has Ricardio Campground with 50 primitive RV and tent camp spots available.  RV’s to 35 feet can be accommodated in some sites.  Reservations are not available.  The campground has drinking water, vault toilets, picnic tables, and fire rings available.  Some camp spots are pull-a-round for easy RV access.  All camp spots are first-come, first-served.  Spaces fill up quickly on the weekends.  Summer temperatures at this location may be extreme.  The best season to visit is fall, winter, and spring.  ADA sites available.  There is also a dump station near the main entrance.  All camping is primitive, no hookups.  Campground roads and parking pads are all dirt.
