Description

California, Rancho RV Park.  The park is located in the downtown area of Morro Bay.  Most activities and amenities are within walking distance.

Directions:

Northbound on Highway-1, take Exit-278, Morro Bay Blvd.  The exit sweeps over the top of Highway-1 and toward the downtown area.  Go straight through the traffic circle and continue on Morro Bay Blvd.  In just another block, take a sweeping right turn onto Harbor Street.  Travel on Harbor Street for three blocks until you cross Monterey Avenue.  Look for the parks sign on the right side just after crossing over Monterey Avenue.

Rancho RV Park is a well kept older campground with some extended stay.  There are about 20 RV camp spots.  Sorry, no tenting at this location.  It's a convenient downtown Morro Bay location to stay.  Near shops and restaurants.  The Morro Bay Trolley stops near the campground and services the entire city.  The Marina area is within walking distance.  There is also a lot of great shops near and around the park.  On Sunday they close Main Street and there is a farmers market.  Golfers should visit the Morro Bay Golf Course.  Near the entrance to the park is The Siren's restaurant that is very conveniently located. The registration is inside the Full Moon Studio.  Sorry, pit fires are not allowed in the park.  Pull through sites are not available.
