Nevada, Preferred RV Resort is located in downtown Pahrump.  Easy access for big rigs.

Directions:
 
From 1-15 in Las Vegas, take Exit 33 (Blue Diamond Pahrump Hwy 160). Proceed northwest 55 miles. At Crawford Way (Gold Town Casino), Turn right and drive 1,000 ft to Resort.

Preferred RV Resort has 270 RV only camp spots.  The resort is in downtown Pahrump near three casinos.  It's across the street from the Pahrump Nugget and the closest resort to the casino.  The resort has several activities available including horseshoes, swimming, and a playground.  Camp roads and pads are all crushed rock.  There is also a nice cafe/club house with a pool and jacuzzi.  The resort is in the downtown Pahrump area so, no camp fires allowed.  

Local Recreation:
 
Death Valley National Park (DVNP) is approximately 50 miles to the west of Pahrump.  DVNP is a very large desert park encompassing hundreds of miles.  There are several natural wonders to see set in a beautiful desert environment.  The park has campgrounds, hotels, and villages.
 
Downtown Pahrump has several gaming casinos.  The Pahrump Nugget is located across the street from the resort.
 
Dumont Sand Dunes is located just 40 miles south of Pahrump.  The Dumont Dunes BLM is primarily used for off road vehicles. 
 
Tecopa Hot Springs is 35 miles to the west.  There are four public hot springs pools in the small town of Tecopa.  An all day pass is usually less than $10.
