California, Paradise by the Sea RV Resort

Directions:

North or Southbound on Interstate-5 in the city of Oceanside, Exit the I-5 at Oceanside Blvd and go West toward the ocean.  In a few blocks, go left/south onto Pacific Coast Highway, also called highway 1.  The resort will be two blocks down on the right side.

Paradise by the Sea RV Resort is close to the ocean, with a nice foot path to the beach.  It's only about a two block walk.  The resort is open all year with 91 RV only camp spots.  Located in Oceanside on Pacific Coast Highway with easy access to Interstate-5.   All the essential services are near the campground.  Fuel, markets, and restaurants are available nearby.  The campground is exceptionally clean.  The staff appear to work very hard on resort maintenance.  Big rigs to approximately 45 feet can be accommodated. When you arrive there will be a staff member in a golf cart to lead you to your camp spot.  The staff member will also assist you with the back-in.  Sorry, there is no tenting at this location.  

Camp fires are not allowed in the campground.  However, they are allowed on some local beaches.

Note:  Campbase visited the resort on a rainy day so, most pictures are dark. 

Local Recreation:

The Beach Break Cafe is hugely popular in this area.  It's located a few blocks south on Pacific Coast Highway.

The ocean and great beaches are within walking distance from the campground.  The resort has bike and surfboard rentals.

The Flower Fields is located five miles to the south of the resort.  There are 60 acres of flowers to walk through.  It's $12 per person.

Legoland is approximately 7 miles from the resort.

The Oceanside Pier is just a few miles north of the resort.  It's a nice area to spend the day.

Road biking is popular on Pacific Coast Highway passing the front of the resort.
