Outflow Campground is managed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.  Located near the Youghiogheny River Lake, it has 63 camp sites, with or without electricity, as well as tent-only areas. Sites are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Reservations are recommended at least three days in advance of arrival. Reservations can be made on recreation.gov.
