California, Olive Avenue RV Resort

Directions:

From downtown Vista on Ronald Packard Parkway take N. Melrose Drive and go North.  After approximately one mile, take a left onto Olive Avenue.  The resort will be on the right in approximately one block.

Comment

Olive Avenue RV Resort is big city camping with services available near the campground.  The campground is open all year with RV only camp spots.  Picnic tables are available but, no fire rings.  Camp spots and Camp roads are all paved.  This is an “in town” park not located in a wilderness area.  

Local Recreation:

Located approximately 10 miles west of the park is historic downtown Oceanside.  The area has numerous restaurants, shops and theaters.  There is also a boardwalk and pier.  It’s quite a bit of fun actually.
