Directions:
 
From the I-95 north bound and near the city of Biddeford, transition to highway I-195 east bound.  Proceed approximately one mile and the freeway ends and changes to Ocean Park Road.  The campground will be on the right.

Old Orchard Beach Campground is open seasonally from May through October.  There are approximately 100 RV or tent camp sites.  In addition, there are extended stay sites at this location.  Large RV sites can accommodate big rigs.  All park roaders are paved, parking pads are crushed rock.
 
Close to the beach, pier, shops, and restaurants in downtown Old Orchard Beach.  There is a trolley that makes regular stops at the campground and goes downtown.  The trolley just cost $1 each way.  Please see the trolley picture under the Photos tab.
 
At Old Orchard Beach you'll find miles of shops and restaurants.  Walking between shops is popular with visitors.  There is also a pier and amusement park on the beach downtown.
 
The park has a security gate.
 
Advanced reservations are recommended.  The campground is full much of the time during the summer months. 
 
Note:  Depending on the time of year, many areas in Maine may have ticksbees, and mosquitos.  Due to the potential problems posed by these insects it's best to arrive prepared should these insects become a nuisance.  Campbase recommends screen enclosuresrepellantsbug zappers, and mesh net hats.  Please click these links to see our recommended items.
