Nevada, Oasis Las Vegas RV Resort, Easy access from the I-15 freeway.

Directions:

Heading Northbound on I-15, take exit 33. Turn right. Make your first right, which is the entrance to the Resort.
 
Heading Southbound on I-15, take exit 33. Turn left, over the bridge. Make your first right, which is the entrance to the Resort.

Oasis Las Vegas RV Resort is open all year with approximately 900 RV only camp spots.  No tenting.  It's the second closest campground to the casinos in downtown Las Vegas.  This is a large full service RV park.  The campground always has planned events and activities almost every day.  All camp roads and pads are paved.  Restrooms and showers are available throughout the park along with laundry facilities.  Both pull through and back-in camp spots are available.  Most camp spots have limited shade provided by palm trees.  Just about any size RV can be accommodated.  Campbase estimates 75 foot to be the maximum size.  Most camp spots are desert landscaped.  The resorts cafe serves breakfast and lunch only, no dinner. 

Summer temperatures run in the 100's however, the winter months are comfortable.

The Las Vegas strip is about 5 miles from the campground.  It's not within walking distance and the resort does not have a casino shuttle.  There also isn't a casino at the resort.  

Camp spots do not have a BBQ or fire rings.  There is also some freeway noise on the north side of the resort.  In addition, the resort is also near the Las Vegas airport with some aircraft noise. 

Monthly and extended stay rates are available.

Cellular service for most carriers was excellent from the resort.  

Note: To have your RV washed and waxed while in Las Vegas, go to Global Truck Wash right near the RV Resort.  Very reasonable for an RV wash.  The wash is located at 8112 S. Valley View Blvd, Las Vegas.  Phone number is (702) 369-2323.

Recreation:

Within 10 miles of the resort, casino gaming is the most popular activity.  Downtown Las Vegas has numerous casinos and restaurants.  

There is a 9 hole mini golf course at the resort that was quite nice.  Bring your putters.

The resort has a clean well equipped weight room.

There are two pools at the resort.  One for the kids and a second for adults only.  There is also a jacuzzi near the adult pool.
