Directions:

In Wilmington, New York at the intersection of Whiteface Memorial Highway and Bonnieview Road, take Bonnieview Road Southwestbound.  After approximately one mile, the campground will be on the right side.

Lake Placid Whiteface Mountain KOA is a seasional campground opening in mid May and closing in late October.  RV, tent, and cabins are available.  Full hookups and pull through camp spots are available.  Most spots have large shade trees.  Camp roads are all crushed rock.  The park has clean restrooms with showers.  The park also has a laundry room and dump station.  The park is in a remote area with the small town of Wilmington located approximately one mile away.  Wilimington has a few restaurants and a market.  Downtown Lake Placid is located approximately 7 miles from this campground.
