New York, King Phillips Campground

Directions:

From downtown Lake George, Travel Southbound on Highway-9.  After just over one mile, take a left turn onto Bloddy Pond Road and a quick right into the campground.

King Phillips Campground  Reservations are available at Reservations@KingPhillipsCampground.com.  The campground is seasional opening in May and closing by the end of October.  Its the closest campground to downtown Lake George.  Its a great spot with all the essential amenities located at the campground.  Full hookup and pull through camp spots are available.  Most camp roads are paved.  Campbase estimates that RV's to approximately 80 feet can be accommodated.  Restrooms, showers, laundry, and a camp store are also available.  Cell service in the area is generally good for most carriers.  

Local Recreation:

The Warren County Bikeway entrance is just a few blocks from the campground.  Please see our pictures tab for a picture of the bike path.  Its a 9 mile path and is paved and well maintained.  Beautiful path for bike riding.

Lage George is located approximately a mile north of the campground.  There are all kinds of activities along the shore of the lake including a Steamboat Company.
