Directions:
From the town of Fredonia, Arizona, proceed south toward the North Rim of the Grand Canyon for approximately 30 miles on highway 89A. Just a block before Jacob Lake and the intersection of highway 67 (the Grand Canyon Highway), the campground entrance will be on the left side of highway 89A.

Jacob Lake Campground has tent and RV camp spots. The campground is seasonal being open from May 1 throught October 15. RV's up to approximately 43 feet can be accommodated. Some spots are very large. There is a total of 51 camp spots. Camp spots 24 through 51 are reservable through www.recreation.gov. The remaining camp sites are first come, first served. Jacob Lake Campground is located at 7,900. Dry camping only, no hookups available. The small town of Jacob lake has a visitors center, fuel station and Jacob Lake Inn. The campground is 45 miles from the North Rim of the Grand Canyon in the Kaibab National Forest. The campground is on the road to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. On occasion it's the only campground in the area that has available camp spots. Other campgrounds closer to the canyon fill up early. The campground has easy access to the highway.
No dump station, no WiFi, and limited cellular service.

Jacob Lake has a horse stable with horseback tours available.
