Description

Utah, Icamp Green River.  The park has easy access from Interstate-70.

Directions:

Eastbound on Interstate-70 approaching the small town of Green River, take the W. Main Street exit (also called Business loop 70).  Go left onto Main Street.  Follow Main street for approximately one mile.  Take a right turn onto Green River BLVD.  Travel southbound for about two blocks and the parks entrance will be on the right side.  (The state park is on the left side and Icamp is on the right side).

Icamp Green River is open all year with tent and RV camp spots.  RV's to just about any size can be accommodated.  The park is in a good general location for accessing local recreation however, does not have direct river access.  This park is located directly across from the Green River State Park where you will find river access and a launch ramp.  Full hookups and pull through camp spots are available.  Campground roads and parking pads are all crushed rock.  Many camp spots are shaded.  The park features clean restrooms with showers and a laundry room.  

Local Recreation:

The John Wesley Powell Museum is located across the highway from the KOA.

The Green River Golf Course is within walking distsnce from the park.

The Green River State Park is located less than a mile from the KOA.  The state park has a launch ramp and Green River access.  Fishing, rafting, and kayaking are popular from this location.

Mountain biking is popular in this area with numerous trails available.
