Description

Oregon, Hudson Parcher Campground.  This is a Columbia County Park.

Directions:

From the small town of Rainer travel West on Highway-30.  in approximately one mile you will pass the Lewis and Clark Bridge(Highway-433).  Continue West for approximately one more mile and take a left turn onto Larson Road.  Follow Larson Road around a few turns and in less than a mile the campgrounds entrance will be on the right side of the highway.

Hudson Parcher Campground is located in the forested hills of Columbia County and lies approximately four miles from Rainier, Oregon, and is traversed by Beaver Creek. Visitors can enjoy tent or RV camping, hiking, cycling, fishing, canoeing and birding. Hudson Parcher Campground has 10 tent sites, 25 RV sites, a bike camping site, playgrounds for the kids, picnic tables, fire rings, volleyball courts, baseball fields, flushing toilets and hot showers. Camp hosts staff the park in the summer months. This beautiful spot is perfect for events as there is a day use lodge with a kitchen available too. 

Located in the county’s deep temperate forest, Hudson Parcher is covered with older, second-growth forest. Douglas firs and big leaf maple offer shade while ferns, Oregon grape and other native plants provide undercover. Beaver Creek meanders through the 27-acre park, offering the opportunity to fish or catch crawdads.
