Description

Arizona, Holiday Palms RV Park is located in downtown Quartzsite with easy acces from the I-10 interstate.  Pull through spots are available and the campground is big rig friendly.

Directions:

From I-10 exit the freeway at Riggles Ave. and proceed north for approximately one block to Main Street and turn left.  Travel approximately one mile passing through the light on Central Ave.  The campground will be on the left side after the intersection and light.

Holiday Palms RV Park has 244 total RV camp spots including 14 pull through spots.  The campground has extended stay sites available.  All camp roads are paved with crushed rock parking pads.  There are no fire rings or picnic tables.  There is not a camp store however, the campground is in the middle of downtown Quartzsite where markets and Resturants are just a short walking distance.  The town of Quartzsite is a rockhounds paradise with all kind of business's selling various rocks.  The town has gem and mineral shows quite often during the winter months.  Most of these shows are within walking distance from the campground.  

There is some freeway noise on the south side of the RV park.

The campground is approximately half extended stay campers.  Private mail boxes are provided for these campers, see the pictures.

The best time of year to visit the Quartzsite area is during the winter months due to the extreme heat during the summer.

The park has good cell service for most carriers.  

Cable TV or Air TV is not available in Quartzsite.  The city of Quartzsite does not have a TV cable network.  Due to the local mountains, air TV is also not available.
