Hoh Campground Is open all year with 78 RV or tent camp spots available. The national parks website states that RV's up to 21 feet can be accommodated however, most sites are very large and with pull-a-rounds. Campbase estimates that RV’s up to 38 feet can be accommodated. Hoh entrance roads are not well suited for these larger vehicles however, campground access using a larger RV can be accomplished. Sites are first-come, first-served. Reservations are not available. The campground is located along the Hoh River with river access. The campground is located in a beautiful rain forest with lush trees and shaded Camp spots. There are three different loops in this campground. Mosquito repellents are recommended. There are bears and wild mountain lions in the area so use caution. A small camp store is located approximately 4 miles from the campground however, Campbase recommends you bring everything you will need with you. Most services, including fuel, is located over 20 miles from the campground.
The RV dump station was closed during the Campbase visit. Campbase recommends entering the area with empty holding tanks.
Note: This area does get a lot of rain. It rained all night during the Campbase visit to the campground. For this reason, Campbase can not recommend tenting at this location.
