Francis Beach Campground at Half Moon Bay State Park is open all year with 52 RV and tent camp spots.  All camp spots are dry camp spots, no water, electric, or sewer.  Drinking water and restrooms are available.  Some camp spots are located right on the beach with easy access to the water.  Please see the picture tab for pictures of the beach.  Some camp spots have shade trees but, most do not.  The town of Half Moon Bay is nearby with all the services and amenities a camper could need and it's really fun to explore.  Horseback riding is popular in the area and there are usually groups of riders near the campground.
