North Dakota, Cottonwood Campground, Theodore Roosevelt National Park 

Directions:

Cottonwood Campground is located approximately 5 miles north of Medora on East River Road. Its also the Southern end of the national park.  Look for the park on the West side of the highway. 

Please see the Campbase map tab for an accurate campground location.  Please note, the campground does not have an address however, the Campbase map tab provided shows the campgrounds location off River road.

Cottonwood Campground, Theodore Roosevelt National Park.  There are just two campgrounds available inside the national park.  Cottonwood Campground has just 76 RV or tent camp spots are available.  The campground is open all year with restrooms and drinking water available.  Half of the camp spots are by reservation.  The other half is first-come, first-served.  The campground fills to capacity starting in mid may.  Reservations might be best.  Use www.recreation.gov for reservations or call 1 (877) 444-6777.
