Cherrystone is located just 11 miles North of the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel. Turn West at the Cheriton traffic light off U.S. 13 onto VA 680 and follow the signs to the campground.

Cherrystone Family Camping Resort has approximately 700 RV and tent camp spots.  Cottages, cabins, and on site trailer rentals are available.  There are also pull through and 50 amp camp spots.  Big rigs of any size can be accommodated.  Most camp spots have shade trees.  Fuel, markets, and restaurants are available approximately 3 miles from the campground in Cherryton.  The campground does have a fully stocked camp store.  An ATM machine is located inside the camp store.  A bait and tackle shop at the campground has all the essentials for fishing.
