Directions:
 
From downtown Ojai, proceed south on highway 150.  Southbound, less than a mile out of town, you will see the Camp Comfort campground sign,  Go left onto Hermosa Road and take it to the end at Creek Road.  It's less than one mile distance.  Take a right at the stop and a quick left into the campground.

Camp Comfort is open all year with 16 tent, RV, and group camp spots.  It's a small campground however, full hookups are available.  Most camp spots have shade trees.  RV's up to 35 feet can be accommodated.  Reservations are available at the campgrounds web page provided here.  Remaining camp spots are first come, first served.  Cable TV is not available.  Downtown Ojai is approximately one mile from the campground.  Ojai has restaurants, shops, fuel, and markets.  There is an old downtown area.

Recreation:

Walking or biking, the Ojai Valley Trail is a great place to spend the day.  The trail is completely paved and leads from Ojai to the beach in Ventura.  A total distance of 11 miles.
