The campground is located 21 miles up the Chiwawa Valley Road #6200.

Alpine Meadows Campground is located along the Chiwawa River, 21 miles from Fish Lake.  It's open from May through September with only 4 camp sites.  The campground has tenting and RV's up to 20 feet.  Larger Rv's can not be accommodated.  The campground elevation is 3030 feet.  Chemical toilets are available.
